I am deeply passionate about my business but even more passionate about my family. I am living my absolute dream life with my husband Keenan and our two pups Doodle and Honey. I married my best friend in the whole world and he has shaped me in every way. Most days you can find us snuggled up on our extra deep feather couch watching movies or bingeing shows. If I had it my way we would top off every night with a New Girl episode. I crave chips and salsa for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Keenan and I are truly our happiest when we are exploring somewhere new. Experiencing different cultures, seeing new countries and connecting with people of different backgrounds sparks a fuel in me. I love human connection and it is a huge reason why this job is so perfect for me. So thank you for taking interest in getting to know me - I am truly so excited to learn about you.

bEHIND ThE NAME
When I first got started, I was trying to think of a name that was encompassing of Keenan. He is a huge reason why I love filming so much. One night around 2:30am I started reading my vows for inspiration and it hit me.. one of the final sentences in my vows was:
“So here's to me sending you a penny a day cause I owe you, not just for our camera, but for all the happiness you have brought me.”
Keenan bought me my first nice camera before we went to Paris (where we got engaged) and fell in love with travel! I joked about sending him a penny a day to pay him back and now I do it randomly to make him smile! At the time we were doing long distance and it really was the little things that made the difference. It was that camera that fueled my late night “maybe i can be a videographer after all” type dreams! It has been such a sweet running joke for us and naming my business Lucky Penny just felt right!
